Local resident Debra Hall is currently seeking a couple of local people ‘of a certain age’ (so probably retired) who can sew and/or knit who might be interested in coming with me on a training day in Nottingham run by the Craft Council. Free. Transport and sandwich lunch provided. Date is Friday Feb 10th 10am – 4pm. The training is meant to inspire people to go away and perhaps start up a craft club in their own communities, but there is however, certainly no expectation of people to do this. The only thing I ask is that anyone who attends be willing to demonstrate a craft skill (no matter how small) to others in a workshop setting tba
